Product Overview
Spandex Deoiling Agent is a highly efficient and environmentally friendly refining agent specially designed for spandex fibers and their blended fabrics. Its core function is to efficiently and evenly remove the spinning oil agent (mainly based on silicone oil) added during the spinning process of spandex, as well as weaving oil, wax and dust impurities on the fabric. This product ensures excellent quality in subsequent dyeing, printing or finishing processes and is an indispensable key chemical for the production of high-quality spandex elastic fabrics.

Excellent penetration and emulsifying power: It can quickly penetrate into the interior of fibers and the interface between spandex and other fibers, ensuring that the oil is thoroughly removed. Even for high-density fabrics, it can be processed evenly.
Environmental friendliness and friendliness: Select environmentally friendly raw materials with good biodegradability, free of internationally banned substances such as APEO and formaldehyde, meeting the requirements of modern green production.
Protecting fiber elasticity: The effect is mild. While efficiently removing oil, it will not damage the molecular structure and elastic recovery force of spandex fibers.

Application process
This product is suitable for various pretreatment processes such as impregnation method (such as overflow and jet dyeing machines) and padding method (such as continuous flat washing machines).
Impregnation process (recommended for sensitive fabrics such as knitted and weft knitted fabrics)
Dosage: 1.0-3.0% (o.w.f)
Bath ratio: 1:8 to 1:15
Temperature: 80°C - 95°C
Time: 20-40 minutes
pH value: It is recommended to control it between 7.0 and 9.0 (the effect is better under weakly alkaline conditions).
Process: Feed the fabric → Add the degreasing agent that has been dissolved → Heat up to the set temperature at a rate of 1.5°C per minute → Run at this temperature → Drain the liquid → Wash thoroughly with hot water (above 80°C) → Wash with cold water.
2. Padding process (Recommended for flat fabrics such as woven and warp knitted fabrics)
Dosage: 10-30 g/L
Rolling liquid rate: 70% - 90%
Steaming conditions: 98°C - 100°C, steaming for 20-40 minutes
Washing: It must be thoroughly washed in a highly efficient multi-compartment flat washing machine using hot water (80-90°C).
Application scope
Pretreatment of pure spandex fabric.
Refining of spandex blended fabrics, such as: cotton/spandex, nylon/spandex, polyester/spandex, etc.
Repair treatment for removing stains caused by silicone oil-based spinning oil agents.
Packaging and Storage
Packaging: 120 kilograms per plastic drum, or customized according to customer requirements.
Storage: Please store in a sealed container in a cool, dry and well-ventilated indoor area, away from direct sunlight.
Shelf life: Under specified storage conditions, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
Precautions
Please wear appropriate protective equipment, such as gloves and goggles, when in use.
If it accidentally splashes into your eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water and seek medical attention.
The specific process parameters should be pre-tested and optimized based on the customer's production equipment, fabric structure and type of oil agent.
This product is weakly alkaline. Do not store it together with strongly acidic substances.
