This product is a highly efficient, powerful and low-foaming alkaline cleaning agent specially designed for the textile printing and dyeing industry. It is specifically designed to remove residual dyes, auxiliaries, oligomers, oils and other stubborn dirt from the inner walls, circulating pumps and pipelines of dyeing machines (including air flow cylinders, overflow cylinders, shaft cylinders, etc.). Through its powerful penetrating, emulsifying, dispersing and saponifying effects, it can thoroughly clean equipment, effectively prevent color cross-contamination, and ensure the color vividness, purity and reproducibility of each batch of dyed products. It is an essential item for improving the success rate of dyeing in one go (Right-First Time) and ensuring production quality.

Scope of application
Applicable equipment: All types of intermittent dyeing machines, such as air flow dyeing machines, overflow dyeing machines, jet dyeing machines, warp shaft dyeing machines, cone yarn dyeing machines, etc.
Applicable working conditions
Regular cleaning during batch conversion, especially when converting light colors to dark ones or between different color series.
Regular deep cleaning and maintenance are carried out to remove accumulated oligomers and stubborn stains.
Cleaning before startup after production interruption or equipment idleness.
Usage method and recommended process
Important Note: Please adjust the specific dosage and process according to the degree of equipment dirtiness and capacity.
Emptying and rinsing: After dyeing is completed, drain all the residual liquid and rinse the equipment with clean water once.
Add water: Pour an appropriate amount of clean water into the clean dyeing VAT. The water level should be such that it can circulate normally.
Add cleaning agent: Add this product at 1.0% - 3.0% of the equipment capacity. For severe dirt or oligomer issues, it can be appropriately increased to 3.0% - 5.0%.
Cleaning cycle
Heat at a rate of 1-2°C per minute to 80°C - 95°C.
At the target temperature, circulate and clean for 30 to 60 minutes. For stubborn stains, the heat preservation cycle time can be appropriately extended.
Drainage and rinsing: After cleaning is completed, drain the cleaning solution. Then, rinse in a cycle with clean water at 60°C - 70°C for 10-15 minutes to ensure that all residual cleaning agents are thoroughly removed.
Inspection: After cleaning is completed, you can wipe the inner wall of the equipment with a white cloth to check the cleaning effect.
Packaging and Storage
Packaging specifications: 120 kilograms per drum, 250 kilograms per drum (plastic drum), or customized according to customer requirements.
Storage conditions: Please store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated indoor area, away from direct sunlight. The recommended storage temperature is between 5°C and 40°C.
Shelf life: Under specified storage conditions, the shelf life is 12 months from the date of production.
Safety Precautions
This product is an alkaline chemical. Please wear appropriate personal protective equipment during operation, such as chemical-resistant gloves, protective glasses and aprons.
In case of accidental contact with skin or eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention promptly.
Avoid inhaling its vapor or mist.
