1. Product Overview
High-efficiency penetrant is a nonionic surfactant, renowned for its outstanding rapid wetting, penetrating and spreading capabilities. It can significantly reduce the surface tension of liquids, enabling aqueous solutions or other treatment liquids to rapidly and evenly penetrate into the tiny pores of various fibers, fabrics, leather, paper, wood and solid surfaces. This product is a key additive for optimizing industrial production processes, improving product quality and reducing energy consumption.
2. Core Functions and Advantages
Ultra-fast penetration
It can instantly reduce the surface tension of the processing liquid, achieve rapid penetration measured in seconds, and significantly shorten the processing time.
High efficiency and uniformity
Ensure that the treatment liquid is evenly distributed within the substrate to avoid problems such as uneven penetration, color streaking, and spots, thereby enhancing product consistency and yield.
Wide compatibility
It has good compatibility with various anionic, nonionic additives and resins, and can be easily compounded into various working solutions without affecting the performance of other chemicals.
Strong stability
It is resistant to acid, alkali and hard water, and can maintain excellent permeability within a wide range of pH values and temperatures, adapting to harsh process environments.
Environmental protection and safety
It is easily biodegradable, free of harmful substances such as APEO and formaldehyde, and meets the requirements of modern environmental protection regulations. It is friendly to operators.
3. Main application fields
This product is an indispensable "key" in the technological processes of multiple industries and is mainly applied in:
Textile printing and dyeing industry
Pretreatment: Desizing, refining and bleaching processes help chemicals such as caustic soda and hydrogen peroxide penetrate quickly, improving the impurity removal effect.
Dyeing/printing: As a penetrating assistant for dye baths and printing color pastes, it ensures uniform dye application, resulting in bright colors and reducing color differences.
Post-treatment: Promote the penetration of functional additives such as resins and softeners into the fibers to enhance the durability of the treatment effect.
Agriculture
As an enhancer for pesticides, foliar fertilizers and herbicides, it helps the liquid medicine quickly penetrate the waxy layer on the surface of plant leaves, enhancing the efficacy of the medicine and the absorption rate of the fertilizer.
Leather industry
In the processes of water immersion, degreasing, tanning, dyeing and fatting, accelerate the penetration of chemical materials into the interior of the leather blank, shorten the production cycle and improve the quality of the finished leather.
Papermaking industry
It is used for the penetration of sizing agents, dyes and functional chemicals to ensure their uniform distribution on the paper sheet.
Cleaning and metal treatment
As a component of highly efficient cleaning agents and electroplating solutions, it helps the solution penetrate into the crevices and surfaces of complex workpieces, enhancing the cleaning and electroplating effects.
4. Technical parameters
Project specification indicators
It appears as a colorless to pale yellow transparent liquid
Chemical type: nonionic surfactant
pH value (1% aqueous solution) : 6.0-7.5
Penetration power (compared with the standard substance) ≥ 100%
Solubility: Readily soluble in water
(Note: The above are typical data. The specific indicators shall be subject to the quality inspection certificate.)
5. Usage method and recommended dosage
Before use, it is recommended to conduct a small sample test first to determine the optimal process parameters.
Dilution: It can be directly added to the working solution and stirred evenly.
Suggested dosage: Generally, the recommended dosage is 0.1% - 3.0% (o.w.f or the total volume). The specific dosage should be adjusted according to the type of substrate, process requirements and the liquid system to be treated.
Textile pretreatment: 1-3 g/L
Staining bath: 0.5-1.5 g/L
Agricultural spray: 0.01%-0.05%
