1. Product Overview
This product is an anionic leveling agent specially designed for cellulose fibers such as cotton, viscose and linen, as well as their blended fabrics. It ensures that the dye is evenly, slowly and steadily applied to the fibers through its excellent dispersion, transfer and retarding effects, thereby achieving an outstanding uniform dyeing effect. It can effectively overcome dyeing defects caused by differences in fiber microstructure, fluctuations in equipment operating conditions or poor dye compatibility, and is a key additive for improving the dyeing quality of cotton fabrics.
2. Main Functions and Advantages
Outstanding leveling property
Strong dye transfer effect: It can partially peel off the dye that has been applied to dark areas and re-transfer it to light or unstained areas, automatically repairing the initial uneven dyeing and achieving a "self-leveling" effect.
Mild slow dyeing effect: Compete with dyes for dye spots on fibers, delay the dyeing rate of dyes, provide a broader and safer temperature and time window for the dyeing process, and prevent color bleeding caused by too fast dyeing.
Excellent dispersibility and permeability:
It can effectively disperse dye aggregates and prevent dyes from coagulating in the dyeing solution to form color spots and stains.
Excellent penetration power ensures that the dye solution can quickly and evenly penetrate into the interior of the fibers, especially for high-density fabrics, avoiding surface staining or white core phenomena.

4. Application Guide
Applicable fibers: cotton, viscose, linen, Lyocell, modal and other cellulose fibers and their blended fabrics with chemical fibers.
Applicable dyes: reactive dyes, direct dyes.
Applicable processes: immersion dyeing, roll dyeing, jet dyeing.
Recommended dosage
Dyeing process: The usual dosage is 1.0% to 3.0% (o.w.f).
Continuous pad dyeing: The usual dosage is 5 to 20 g/L.
Application method example (taking reactive dye immersion dyeing as an example) :
Pour an appropriate amount of water into the dyeing VAT, add the calculated cotton leveling agent, and circulate evenly.
Add the dissolved dye and run for 10 minutes.
Add mirabilite (dyeing accelerator) and run for 10 minutes.
Heat up slowly at a rate of 1-2°C per minute to the required dyeing temperature (e.g., 60°C).
Run at the dyeing temperature for 30 to 60 minutes to ensure thorough transfer and fixation of the dye.
Add soda ash for color fixation and carry out post-treatment according to the conventional process (water washing, soap washing, hot water washing, cold water washing).
Please determine the optimal process and dosage through small sample tests based on the specific fabric, equipment and dye type.
5. Packaging and Storage
Packaging: 120 kilograms per plastic drum, or customized according to customer requirements.
Storage: Please store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated warehouse, away from direct sunlight. The shelf life is generally 12 months.
6. Safety and environmental protection
This product features an eco-friendly formula and is free of internationally banned substances such as APEO and formaldehyde, meeting modern environmental protection requirements.
