Usage method
Dilution: Depending on the severity of the oil stain, add this product to clear water at a volume ratio of 3% to 10%, stir evenly to prepare the working solution. The concentration of heavy oil stains can be appropriately increased.
Cleaning
Immersion method: Immerse the workpiece in the working solution, let it stand for 5 to 20 minutes, and the effect will be better with slight shaking or stirring.
Scrubbing/spraying method: Use a cloth or brush dipped in working solution to scrub, or use a spraying device for rinsing.
Ultrasonic cleaning: When used in conjunction with ultrasonic equipment, it can achieve excellent cleaning results and is suitable for precision parts.
Rinsing: Thoroughly rinse the surface of the workpiece with clean water (optional according to process requirements).
Drying: Air-drying, air-drying or drying in a dryer.
